I foolishly agreed to give this company my business in mid November without promise of completion before Xmas, it was late February before they commenced work after a number of broken promises. They called out a couple of weeks before fitting to “double check the sizes” and it is apparent now that they knew the main bedroom window sizes were wrong and did not comply with fire regulations yet, they went ahead and installed it. Some 10 weeks later and various lies and false promises they have not rectified the issue. I will now have to engage another company. How they manage to do do business beggars belief, incompetent and downright dishonest, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOU BUSINESS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

The front two windows have been measured wrongly and do not match the original windows and, in addition, do not comply with fire regulations as the openings are too small. 10 weeks and various false promises to replace the non compliant fire reg’ window I’m still waiting. “Maureen” the director is no longer responding to my emails and there is no reply when phoned. Don’t know if they are still trading but, they recently advertised on Face Book but that has been removed after my critical comments. I missed the bad reviews when I looked at the company and now wish I went elsewhere with my business. The matter is now being referred to Trading Standards and I again intend to take legal action. So, any prospective customer reading this Caveat Emptor, Let the buyer beware and don’t be left with faulty windows and deep regrets.

Please do not waste your hard earned cash with this company. I don’t even know were to begin we bought a door 18 months ago and we are still being locked in because of poor fitting.We have been told lie after lie and getting absolutely nowhere they are most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.We are now needing to buy a new door from a proper door company.
