Welcome to SEA Doors and Windows. Manufacturers and installers of windows, doors and Conservatories since 1979.
Replacement windows and doors in England have to meet the Building Regulations (Approved Document L) — a limiting U-value of 1.4 W/m²K, or a Window Energy Rating of at least band B — and they must be no worse than the units they replace. A FENSA- or CERTASS-registered installer can self-certify that compliance and register the work with your local authority, so you get a certificate without arranging building control separately.
